We want to make joining our team as smooth and meaningful as possible. Our screening process helps us get to know you, your experience, and your interpreting style so we can make the best matches for you and our clients.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Create an Account – Follow the link below to set up your profile and begin the screening.

2. Upload Your Documentation – Submit your certifications, resume, and any supporting materials requested.

3. Complete Video Vignettes – You’ll interpret three short vignettes that showcase your skills and approach.

4. Review & Follow-Up – Once we receive your screening, our team will review your materials and contact you with next steps. This process may take 2–4 weeks, depending on volume.
